What this notice covers

It covers the enquiry forms on this website: the free homepage preview request and the quote request.

What we collect

• What you type into a form: your name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, website address, the package and payment plan you are interested in, and your message.
• Your consent choices, including which version of the consent wording you saw and when you sent the form.
• Technical details sent with the form: the page address, the page you came from, any campaign tags in the link you clicked, and how long the form took to fill in. We use the last one to spot automated spam.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry, prepare your free homepage preview or written quote, and follow up with you about it.
• To send occasional website tips and offers, but only if you ticked the optional box. You can withdraw that at any time.
• To protect the website from spam.

Where your details are stored

Form submissions are stored in Nexus, a lead-management database run by DLX Africa, and are visible to the Shiftform Digital and Technology City Group staff who answer enquiries. We add you to a mailing list only if you ticked the optional marketing box. We do not sell your details.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies of its own and does not run analytics. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when a page opens. If you reach this website from one of our adverts on social media, that platform may collect information under its own privacy policy. If we add measurement tools to this website later, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where it is needed.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with it and any follow-up, and we delete it when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will reply. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You may also complain to the data protection regulator in Botswana.

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
